We made it

We made it here on Saturday, and were greeted by no phone, no internet, no hot water and a national holiday so no way to get any of those things. Somehow we managed to overcome, our accommodations probably helped:

We’re figuring it out now and have even walked around the city a bit, where I discovered toothpick trees:

Today we managed to get internet working, got our cell phones, and did some grocery shopping. Tomorrow we start in the hospital, and get reminded that this isn’t just about sitting by the pool. Susan is shocked.
